# Bluetooth Pairing (Windows)

When connecting to a Windows PC, do not make a BLE connection with the Qudelix-5K.

If you connect the Qudelix-5K to a Windows PC via BLE, the iOS/Android app connection will not work.

For reference, the Qudelix PC Chrome App connects via USB and does not support Bluetooth connections.
