Android LDAC Setting

When LDAC is enabled, all subsequent Bluetooth streaming will always be compressed and transmitted using LDAC. Even if you turn off and on the Bluetooth device and re-pair it, the LDAC activation setting will remain intact.

However, additional steps are required to adjust specific settings, such as the LDAC bitrate and sample rate.

Android Developer Mode (Developer Options)

Once Developer Mode is activated, you will find a new menu called "Developer Options," typically at the bottom of the device settings. Inside the Developer Options menu, you'll find the Bluetooth Audio LDAC codec playback quality settings.

LDAC Detailed Settings

In the Developer Options, select the "Bluetooth Audio LDAC Codec Playback Quality" option. You will see a menu to set the desired bitrate. Choose your preferred bitrate from the options provided.

※ Most smartphones work well with 990 kbps. However, some smartphone models may experience interruptions at 990 kbps. Sometimes, 990 kbps may only function properly when the screen is off. It is not a receiver issue but a problem with the source device.

If possible, use the 5GHz band for your smartphone's Wi-Fi. This reduces interference with the Bluetooth 2.4GHz band, which greatly helps with stable Bluetooth streaming.
