To request technical support, please provide the unique device ID and run-time device information.&#x20;

Please go to the app as shown below and select **TECHNICAL SUPPORT** to submit the required details to us.&#x20;

**THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT** menu creates **CODE** and **DATA** information, as shown below.&#x20;

**DATA** (Run-time Device Information) is created only when you select **TECHNICAL SUPPORT** while playing music.
