# Warranty Extension Program (WEP)

We provide a **one-year limited warranty** for all **Qudelix products that use the Qudelix companion mobile app.**

The warranty period starts from the **very first connection to the Qudelix mobile app** after unboxing.\
Each device stores the initial app connection date internally, and warranty service is provided based on the information recorded in the device and displayed in the Qudelix app.

#### Warranty Extension Program (WEP)

We also offer a **Warranty Extension Program (WEP)** that allows users to extend their warranty period by submitting a product review.

To apply, please open the **Qudelix mobile app → Warranty → Submit**, then follow the instructions below.

#### Eligible Review Types

You may submit **one** of the following review types:

1. **Amazon Review** (within 60 days from the warranty start date)
   * Text review: +30 days
   * Photo review: +60 days
2. **Community Review** (any audiophile community or forum)
   * Text review: +30 days
   * Photo review: +60 days
3. **Professional Review** (+30 to +120 days)
   * Any professional review is accepted
   * Must include **at least three high-resolution photos**

#### How to Apply

1. Write your review
2. Take a screenshot of the published review
3. Copy the link to your review
4. Send the screenshot and link to us by email

⚠️ **Important Notes**

* You must apply for the warranty extension **no later than 90 days from the warranty start date**.
* We may request the **original photo files**, and with your consent, your photos may be published in the gallery on our homepage.
